the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. its central location allowed easy access to many sites. the reasonable price made it a good option! for my short stay.
Noise was noticeable due to nearby pubs. It continued late into the night! though the music was loud.

the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, really convenient (this made exploring easy). the staff were helpful during check-in. having a wetherspoons next door meant breakfast was sorted without any fuss. the external door was also excellent.
the noise from nearby pubs persisted late into the night, it disrupted sleep significantly, i found this really frustrating. this needs to be addressed.

the location was really great! the friendly staff was always helpful. the room was also quite spacious and always nice and clean.
i found the basic bedroom a little dated. i think some updates to the decor could really improve the overall feel.

Steven helped a lot, I liked that. He even found items we had left behind, I thought that was very nice. The location was good, I found it valuable.
